This is such an easy recipe and mind bogginly tasty! It can be served with rice or over a lovely salad. I served it as part of a seafood mini buffet for 2 for a birthday dinner. Hence its just in a bowl on its own. But I just had to share if with you. You can exchange the barramundi for salmon and the prawns for scallops…..
Fresh Barramundi diced
Fresh Green Prawns – peeled
The Chilli Chick, Chilli and Native Pepper leaf EV Oil
The Chilli Chick Habanero and Sichuan Dukka
1.Sprinkle Dukka over the prawns and fish quite liberally.
2.In a hot pan drizzle a couple tablespoons of chilli oil.
3. Add the fish to the pan and saute for a couple of minutes then add the prawns.
4. Add the butter and saute until the prawns are just cooked.
5. Squeeze half a lemon over the mix and remove the heat and serve.
Make sure you don’t over cook the prawns and fish.
