Shipping Policy

Orders are sent with Australia Post.
Standard Shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your area.
Express Shipping takes 1-3 days depending on your area.

Shipping notifications will be sent via email when the parcel has been dispatched.

Since COVID started shipping times have varied considerably and are out of our control. All orders are sent with tracking numbers.

Delivery Charges

Orders OVER $85 receive FREE Standard SHIPPING. (Not for stockist orders).
Order total must equal $85 after discounts for shipping to be free.
Australian Standard shipping on orders under $85 is calculated by weight and size of the parcel.

Express Post

Australia Post Express is the fastest option to receive your order and is available to choose at check out. This is not a guaranteed overnight service due to Covid affected delays.
Once the parcel has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for their transit or the action of the courier services.

Delivery Conditions

Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived.
Please only contact us once you have made contact with the courier and they have unsuccessfully found your parcel. We will then contact the courier to investigate further.
Please note delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed. In some instances, it is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
